G V Rashmi, born on 30 May 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and a second B.A. from Bangalore University, along with an M.A. in Economics from Gokhle Institute of Politics and Economics. Currently, she serves as Secretary in the Women and Child Development Department, Madhya Pradesh, a position she has held since 5 August 2025. Her previous roles include Secretary, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Collector. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
