Dr. G Sundaram, born on October 7, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1962 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics, an M.Phil., and a Ph.D. in International Trade. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Commissioner, Chairman, Counsellor, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary in the Department of Tourism and Culture, Gujarat, from February 1, 1996, to October 31, 1996.
