G Sai Prasad, born on May 6, 1966, is a 1991 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Tech. degree and is proficient in English and Telugu. Currently, he serves as the Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh, a position he assumed on March 1, 2026. His previous roles include Executive Officer Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, Special Chief Secretary, and Chief Commissioner. Mr. Prasad continues to contribute to the administration of Andhra Pradesh in his ongoing service.
