G S Nurpuri, born on March 8, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Punjab cadre. During his career, he served in the Department of Corporate Affairs. His most recent designation was Under Secretary from September 1, 1987, to September 1, 1990. Prior to this, he held positions including Additional Managing Director and Deputy Secretary.
