G. Rekha Rani, born on March 8, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Com. and postgraduate degree. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner of the Handlooms and Textiles department since July 22, 2024. Throughout her career, she has held several key positions, including Managing Director, Special Commissioner, and Vice Chairman & Managing Director. She continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Andhra Pradesh.
