G Rajasekharan, born on 23 January 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Kerala cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Registrar, Regional Officer, Managing Director, General Manager, Assistant Collector, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Chairman, and Director. His most recent position was Director in the Youth Affairs and Sports Department from 1 August 2005 to 13 December 2009. Mr. Rajasekharan’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative portfolio within the Kerala cadre.
