G R Chaudhari, born on 31 August 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Botany. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Development Officer, District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Commissioner at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in the Public Enterprises Department from 5 May 2016 to 31 August 2016.
