G Narendra Kumar, born on 09 February 1966, is a 1989 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Botany and an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from University Osmania, as well as an M.Tech. in Bio-Technology from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Financial Commissioner at Delhi since 09 April 2026. His past positions include Director General. He is proficient in English, Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Mr. Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
