G Latha Krishna Rao, born on May 1, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Karnataka cadre. She holds a Diploma in Psychology, a B.A., and a P.G. degree in English Literature. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Development Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Chairperson, Director, Administrator, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Special Officer, and Assistant Collector. Her most recent position was Secretary of the Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department from August 3, 2017, to October 10, 2017.
