G. Lakshmipathy, born on August 28, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is currently serving as the Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister at Chennai, a position he assumed on August 19, 2024. Throughout his ongoing service in the IAS, he has contributed to the administration of Tamil Nadu.
