G L Meena, born on September 1, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours in Economics from the University of Rajasthan and an M.A. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Special Secretary, Special Chief Election Commissioner, Director, Member, Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary at Delhi from March 19, 2018, to August 31, 2019. He received the Transport Minister’s trophy and cash award for the state transport undertaking with the lowest accident record.
