G Jayalakshmi, born on 23 August 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.A. degree and is proficient in English, Tamil, and Telugu. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Principal Secretary to Government, Principal Secretary, Director General, Secretary, Commissioner, Special Commissioner, and Director. As of 4 January 2025, she serves as the Chief Commissioner & Special Chief Secretary in the Land Administration department at Velagapudi. She continues to be in active service.
