G C Pathak, born on 15 June 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Project Coordinator Director, Deputy Secretary, and Joint Development Commissioner. His most recent position was Managing Director at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, from August 2000 to June 2002. He was associated with the Department of Textiles during his service.
