G B Pingulkar, born on October 5, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1975 Maharashtra cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Economics and Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Assistant Commissioner, S D O, Deputy Director, Joint Director, C E O, Deputy Secretary, Director, OSD to Minister, District Collector, and Joint Secretary. His most recent designation was Joint Secretary in the General Administration Department (Personnel) of Maharashtra. Mr. Pingulkar's extensive service reflects a broad administrative experience within the state government.
