Frank Noble A., born on 18 June 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Anna St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, Chennai. Currently, he serves as Managing Director and Director at M.P. Mining Corp., Bhopal, overseeing Administration and Mining since 28 January 2025. His previous roles include Managing Director, Director, and Assistant Secretary. Frank is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil and continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service in his current capacity.
