Fernandez Christy Leon, born on 26 June 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1973 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Zoology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary to the President of India at Gujarat from 1 July 2009 to 25 June 2012. His extensive experience spans roles such as Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Chairman, Resident Commissioner, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister, District Magistrate, and District Development Officer. He was affiliated with the President's Secretariat department.
