Felix Sequeira, born on 16 July 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, A G M U T cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Project Director, Director, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Collector, and OSD to Minister. His most recent position was Secretary at Pondicherry from 1 July 1995 to 31 July 2000. Throughout his service, he held multiple Secretary-level roles and junior scale positions, contributing to administrative functions across departments until his retirement.
