Farman Ahmad Khan, born on April 30, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University. Currently, he serves as Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate at Srikakulam since July 22, 2024. His previous roles include Project Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Collector. Fluent in Hindi and Telugu, Farman Ahmad Khan continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
