Faiz Akram, born on June 7, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law, and postgraduate degrees in History and Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, and District Collector and Magistrate from June 1, 1993, to June 1, 1995. He was also the Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. His extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Indian Administrative Service.
