Ekam J Singh, born on July 4, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.Com (Hons) in Commerce and an LL.B./BL in Law. Currently, she serves as the ADM (LR) at Paschim Medinipur since March 30, 2026. Her previous roles include Commissioner, ADM, and Sub Divisional Officer. Fluent in Hindi and Bengali, Ekam J Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
