Edwin Kulbhushan Majhi, born on 15 September 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Kerala cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science, having studied at Utkal University and Delhi University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Principal Secretary, Mission Director, Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, Project Director, District Collector, Managing Director, Registrar, Assistant Collector, and OSD to Minister. His extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the government.
