E Z Khobragde, born on 12 February 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Physics, as well as an LL.B. in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Director, Commissioner, Additional Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, and CEO. His most recent position was Director in the Social Welfare Department of Maharashtra. Khobragde’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the state government, reflecting a diverse and comprehensive career in public service.
