E Yellappa, born on 15 July 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in English Literature and a graduate degree in Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Special Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Joint Collector, and multiple terms as Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary, held from 11 January 2013 to 31 July 2013.
