E V Ramanareddy, born on 18 August 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Karnataka cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Agriculture, a postgraduate degree, and a PhD in Agronomy. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Project Director, Joint Director, and Assistant Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary to the Electronics and Information Technology Department from 11 February 2023. He has been honored with the ISRO Merit Award.
