E I Kalasava, born on 18 July 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch of the Gujarat cadre. He served in various capacities including Municipal Commissioner, Joint Director, and District Development Officer. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 1 June 2005 to 31 July 2007. A graduate by education, Kalasava contributed to the administrative framework of Gujarat throughout his career.
