E Devadasan, born on March 13, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Kerala cadre. Throughout his career, he held multiple key positions including Secretary, Managing Director, District Collector, and Additional Director. His most recent role was Director in the Department of Urban Affairs, commencing on March 19, 2013. Mr. Devadasan served with distinction across various administrative capacities before retiring from service.
