Director, Kerala Institute for Research, Training and Development Studies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (KIRTADS)
E Ayyappan, born on July 21, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Kerala cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Director, Additional Secretary, Secretary, District Collector, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Director at the Kerala Institute for Research, Training and Development Studies of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (KIRTADS) from April 27, 2009, to July 31, 2010. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple departments within the Kerala government before retiring from service.
