Dwarka Das Agrawal, born on January 26, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Additional Secretary, Secretary, District Collector, Managing Director, Mission Director, Controller, and Sanchalak. His most recent position was Commissioner at Madhya Pradesh from December 4, 2012, to January 31, 2016. He was associated with the Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers during his service.
