Dusmanta Kumar Behera, born on 16 January 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Haryana, a position he assumed on 9 April 2026. His previous roles include Labour Commissioner, Secretary, Secretary to Governor, and Director General and Secretary. Fluent in English and Oriya, Mr. Behera continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
