Dushyant Nariala, born on June 2, 1967, is a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the West Bengal cadre. He holds degrees in LL.B. and B.Sc. Currently serving as the Chief Secretary of West Bengal since March 16, 2026, Nariala has previously held the position of Additional Chief Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, he continues to contribute to the administration of West Bengal.
