Dushyant Nariala, born on June 2, 1967, is a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the West Bengal cadre. He holds degrees in LL.B. and B.Sc. Currently, he serves as the Chief Secretary of West Bengal since March 16, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Joint Director, Deputy Director, State Project Director, District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Additional Executive Officer, and Additional Chief Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Mr. Nariala continues to contribute to the administration of West Bengal in his current capacity.
