Durgadas Goswami, born on April 29, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours and M.A. in Economics from the University of Calcutta and an M.B.A. in Public Service from the University of Birmingham. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Managing Director, Chairman and Managing Director, Additional Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary of the Food and Civil Supplies Department from October 24, 2016, to April 30, 2017.
