Durga Nand Jha, born on February 6, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree. Currently, he is the Secretary at the Bihar State Staff Selection Commission, Patna, a position he has held since August 27, 2022. Mr. Jha continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
