Duni Chand Rana, born on April 10, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree in English. Currently, he is the Director-cum-Ex-Officio Special Secretary in the Revenue - Disaster Management department at Shimla. Prior to this, he served as Special Secretary. Mr. Rana continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Himachal Pradesh through his roles in disaster management and revenue services.
