Duli Amandeep, born on 12 August 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, he serves as the Additional Commissioner at Uttar Pradesh in the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) department, a position he has held since 28 October 2025. His previous roles include District Magistrate and Special Secretary. Duli Amandeep continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
