Dr. Vipin Garg, born on 12 August 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine and Surgery from AIIMS New Delhi. Currently serving as Collector since 3 April 2023, Dr. Garg has previously held positions including District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
