Dr. Vikrant Pandey, born on 22 April 1979, is a 2005 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Currently, he serves as Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Gujarat since 22 December 2025. His past roles include Secretary to the Chief Minister, Resident Commissioner to the Government of Gujarat, Director, Collector & District Magistrate, District Collector, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, and Supernumerary Assistant Collector. He has received multiple awards, including the National Award for e-Governance 2017-18 and the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration. He is proficient in English and Hindi
