His past roles include Secretary, Chairman, Joint Collector, Principal Secretary to Government, Joint Secretary, Project Administrator, Deputy Secretary, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Executive Director. Dr. Krishna is proficient in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada. He has been recognized as a Civil Services Topper and received the Thinkers50 award in 2013.
