Dr. Sandhya Bhullar, an IAS officer of the 2003 Gujarat cadre, currently serves as Commissioner, Health (Urban), Gujarat since December 23, 2025. Born on March 5, 1978, she holds an M.Sc. in Public Policy & Management from King's College London and an M.B.B.S. in Surgery. Her extensive career includes roles such as Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Secretary, Director, Managing Director, Superintendent of Stamps & Inspector General (Registration), District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, and Additional Director. Dr. Bhullar is proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
