Dr. Ratankanvar H Gadhavicharan, born on 11 January 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 Gujarat cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from Gujarat University. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner (Rural) at Gujarat since 4 February 2025 in the Health Department. Her previous roles include Commissioner of Health (Rural) and Ex-officio Mission Director, Collector, State Project Director, Municipal Commissioner, Commissioner, Deputy Secretary to Government, District Development Officer, Additional Rural Development Commissioner, Assistant Collector, and Supernumerary Assistant Collector. She is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
