Dr. Ranjit Kumar Singh, born on 02/07/1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.A. and P.G. in History, and an L.L.B. in Civil & Criminal Law from Patna University. Currently, he serves as Commissioner at Gandhinagar in the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) department since 02/02/2024. His previous roles include Additional Secretary, Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Collector, District Development Officer, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Dr. Singh is actively serving in the IAS.
