Dr. Patel Dhavalkumar Kiritikumar, born on 07/02/1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 Gujarat cadre. Currently serving as Commissioner at Gandhinagar in the Geology and Mines Department since 06/04/2023, he has held various positions including District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. Dr. Patel holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from IGNOU LBSNAA, and a Master of Arts in Sanskrit from Kota Open University, Rajasthan. He is proficient in English, Gujarati, Marathi, and Sanskrit.
