Dr. Jincy Roy, born on April 25, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Gujarat cadre. She holds a B.A.M.S. degree from Ayurvedic Kerala University. Currently serving as Collector since April 3, 2023, Dr. Roy has previously held positions including Chief Executive Officer and District Development Officer. She is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Gujarati. Dr. Roy continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and development of her cadre.
