He holds multiple academic qualifications, including M.Phil., B.Com (Accounting and Statistics), EAFM, Business Administration, and M.Com (Accounting and Statistics). Currently, he serves as the Registrar at Agriculture University, Bikaner, a position he assumed on February 27, 2024. Dr. Saini continues to contribute to the administrative functions within the agricultural education sector.
