Dr. Deva Ram Saini, born on August 6, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds multiple academic qualifications, including M.Phil., B.Com (Accounting and Statistics), EAFM, Business Administration, and M.Com (Accounting and Statistics). Currently, he serves as the Registrar at Agriculture University, Bikaner, a position he assumed on February 27, 2024. Dr. Saini continues to contribute to the administrative functions within the agricultural education sector.
