Dr. Anju Sharma, born on 15 July 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1991 Gujarat cadre. She holds an M.B.A. in Marketing Finance, an M.A. in International Development Policy from Duke University, USA, and a Ph.D. in Management. Currently, she serves as the Additional Chief Secretary at Gujarat's General Administration Department (Personnel) since 22 December 2025. Her extensive career includes roles such as Principal Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, District Collector, and Director. Dr. Sharma has received the State Start-up Ranking 2018, National Award for e-Governance 2011-12, and recognition for her contribution to the Rashtriya Swasthya B
