Dorje Chhering Negi, born on 28 December 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. in Economics and Public Administration. Currently, he serves as the Registrar at Himachal Pradesh in the Department of Cooperative Societies, a position he has held since 1 August 2025. His previous roles include Director and Special Secretary. Mr. Negi continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Himachal Pradesh.
