He served in the Land and Buildings Department, with his most recent designation as Land Acquisition Collector at Kolkata, West Bengal, starting from 12 July 2017. Throughout his career, he held various positions including District Collector and Secretary. His service reflects extensive experience in administrative roles within the West Bengal government.
