Dnyaneshwar Kondibhau Khilari, born on February 6, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Maharashtra cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Additional Settlement Commissioner and Additional Director at Pune, Maharashtra, since July 17, 2025, within the Land Records department. Prior to this, he served as the Director of OBC Bahujan Welfare. Khilari continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
