Divyanshu Singal, born on 22 June 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, serving in the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he is the Managing Director at Himachal Pradesh's Department of Handicrafts and Handlooms, a position he has held since 13 January 2026. Previously, he served as ADC (Development)-cum-Project Director and has also held the role of Managing Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Himachal Pradesh.
