Divyanshu Nigam, born on 25 August 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, allocated to the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani. Currently, he serves as the Additional Collector (Development) at Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, a position he has held since 24 June 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Sub Collector. Nigam continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
