Divyank Singh, born on 24 May 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. Currently serving as the Additional Commissioner in the Department of Urban Administration and Development, Madhya Pradesh since 15 September 2025, he has previously held the position of CEO. Mr. Singh continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Madhya Pradesh through his roles in public service.
